Ninja 1100 - Smoothies

Want to make awesome smoothies and the best milk shakes ever? The Ninja 1100 does just that and does it well! I was just tired of the typical blenders. Never blending everything smooth! Always have to push stuff down that stick to the sides! Always have to like do that shake thing you do as the blender tries to blend! Always having big chunks of ices cubes in my drink. The Ninja 1100 has eliminated all of that!

Worth The Money?

Is the Ninja 1100 worth the money? I think so. For all you get with it and the quality of which it is built is well worth the $159 it goes for. Over the years I can remember having at least 3 blenders which all sucked and never lasted. Oh when I bought it, I used this Ninja 1100 coupon code REGISTER4 and saved around $25. Not sure if it still works, but click the ORDER NOW button below and give it a try.

My Review of the Ninja 1100 Blender

If you are looking for a real review of the Ninja 1100 blender then you have come to the right place. This is not one of those reviews that just list all the details about the Ninja 1100 that you can read on the company site. I own the Ninja 1100, I use it daily, and I love it! OK well love is a strong word, but I really do love it. I use it pretty much every night and sometimes in the mornings depending on the situation. My main reason for purchasing this was to start eating better.

  • I have been doing this new workout routine and figured instead of snacking on some sweet junk food at night I could make a healthy smoothy with fruits. Which I now do! They tasted great and fill me up! After I got it home I realized that I really only need the 40 oz pitcher if I am just making something for myself. If I want to make some milkshakes for the wife and kid then I gotta pull out the 72 oz pitcher. OK so you have prob read about the sharp blades that come with the Ninja 1100. Well they are right! The blades are very very sharp. If you scrape against your nail it will shave some off so be very careful. Also the way the blades sit in the pitcher is strange as well, but it makes for easy clean up. You actually place the bade onto the bottom and them when you lock on the lid it is held in place. The safe thing about this is that it will not run unless the lid is latched down and secure.
  • I have also noticed the lids are not interchangeable so make sure the lid that came with the 40oz stays with it. I ran into that issue the first night and could not figure out why the lid would not latch down ;-) When you are ready to pour your best bet is to leave the lid on, if you need to pop off the lid then take the blades out first since it will just fall into your drink.

What the Ninja 1100 Does Well - Other Ninja 1100 Info

OK so you have prob read about the sharp blades that come with the Ninja 1100. Well they are right! The blades are very very sharp. If you scrape against your nail it will shave some off so be very careful. I use my ninja for only about 2 things. Smoothies and Milkshakes... and protein shakes. It delivers in all these areas! I will be doing a few videos so stay tuned for those. My favorite ninja 1100 recipe lately has been 8 ounces of milk, 1 small dannon light & fit vanilla yogurt, 1 banana, and a big handful of ice. Let that baby blend for about 30 seconds to a minute depending on how you like it. YUMMY!

  • The Ninja 1100 makes a great smoothy! It is the tiered blade system that I feel makes all the difference. It makes quick work of the ice and other ingredients and gives you a smooth tasting smoothie. Sure you might get a few chunks of ice and by chunks I mean nothing that cannot fit through a straw. Not like the chunks of ice you get with a regular blender. Juicing? If you are looking for a juicer this is not it. Unless you like your drinks pulpy do not buy this for juicing purposes. Other features? I have not tried the dough making feature since I don\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t really make dough lol. Making SNOW! Well you think this would have been the first thing I did right, just to see if it really works. To be honest I have not even tried that. I promise I will. Over the next few days I am going to make a video showing the Ninja 1100 in action and making snow. Stayed tuned. If you are on the fence, just buy it. It has been about 3 months and I use it almost every night and have not had any problems. It is a beast!!
