Build My Rank Shutting Down For Good?

Posted by Chris on March 20, 2012 in Backlinks |

Wow so it looks like Build My Rank has had its time. Today they announce they are shutting down their services as the majority of their network has been de-indexed by google.  Oops!

If you are a customer of Build My Rank they are going to prorate subscriptions and are also giving you the options to remove all your links from their network. Now what to do?

Should I Delete my Build My Rank Posts?

  • Should you delete all the links that were created on their network, or do you leave them up there. I guess as I sit here and write this post it would make sense to just delete all of them correct? If the majority of the network is deindexed then the links will not count for anything anyway. Will Google stop at that or will they go after the sites that are linked to?
  • Nobody really knows. One thing is for sure. It comes back down to quality over quantity. Sure if you have been using BMR over the last year you have prob seen some great rankings and made some money, but now you might get hit hard enough where those sites are done for. The sites that have been slow and steady will now win the race which is prob the way it should be, but hey it still sucks when you might have spent $1,000’s over the last year on BMR posts.

BMR UPDATE –

  • If you choose to delete your posts, you will get the following message. Domain posts have been queued for deletion. Please allow up to a week for processing. So it could take up to a week for your actual posts to actually go bye bye.

Would love to hear some feedback so please leave it below!

Wow well… like they said it was a good run. I really can’t believe they got busted. Google is really on a tear! You have any alternatives?

Kev the 2 I posted above work very very well. Take a look and see. I guess the one thing we can learn from this is nothing is safe and it will eventually come back at ya

That’s a real shame…used them for a long while and they did an excellent job. RIP.

As to the above 2 services. Banzai is a must have good call! Genie is basically like your own SENUKE but on auto pilot. Very easy to use as well.
