I am just finishing up my 4th week and feeling great. What a difference eating right and working out makes.

I simply went into my user profile check the disable visual editor button then hit save. I then uncheck the visual editor button and hit save again. Voila the visual editor tool bar is back. Simple as that. Why did this work? I have no friggin clue and as long as its working I will let someone else spend the time to find out the why. As for now I gotta edit stuff with my visual editor bar

You are basically a gunner in this bomber that flies around and you have to blow up the zombies that are attacking your bunker. If they get into the bunker the game is over. But wait… there are civilians who are trying to get to the bunker to and if you “accidentally” kill one of them you get a strike against you. 3 strikes and game over!

It is a lot of fun, but can get a little frustrating so I decided to put out a few tips on the site. I am by no means a pro “yet” so if you know of any more tips please leave a comment and let me know.

Zombie GunShip Tips

• Always buy the second defense “if a zombie gets to the bunker this will blow them up but you can only use it once!”
• Make sure your first few upgrades are to increase the zombie bounty. “you will get more coins per zombie and earn money faster, dont bother with the 100,000 upgrade, it took the bounty form 280 to 30 buuu!!!”
• Killing the Big Monster Zombies “Took me awhile to figure this out, but the 25mm works better!! I know!! I like to drop 1 40mm on them, then rock out with the 25mm till it overheats. That should do the trick”
• Let the CIVILIANS die!! lol ” I know its harsh, but if you kill 3 your done! If you can get a clean side angle shot then go for it or if there is a zombie in front you can get them.”
• When upgrading I would not go to nuts on the damage radius cause you end up killing civilians by accident. Focus on the faster reloads and cooling down for the 25mm

Well that is really it, there is not to much to the game, the next thing I want to upgrade is the radar to see how much more of the black I can uncover. If you have any tips leave them below.

Installing Wp Seo Thunder

Install was super easy as with any other plugin. Just upload it and activate it. I left all the default settings. On my first test site I just added the shortcodes to a text widget. I guess the next version could create its own widget to make it a little bit easier, but that was fine. Installed with no problems.

Well I installed it, then set off to do some searches on terms I knew my test site would show up for. Sure enough there it was in the side bar, the term I searched to find my site. Voila, what more could I ask for.  Actually a lot more.

WP Seo Thunder does it on autopilot!

Here is the best part! Each time a visitor stops by your site the plugin adds that term as a tag! So your are getting exact search tags! Pretty sweet huh.

Things I am not sure of…

Well as you can see at the bottom of this post it auto added a lot of tags, that really don’t have to do with this post. I am going to let it stay and mess around a bit more with the settings.

Article Samurai Review

Quick Update 08/11/2011 – After watching the video you can use the best spinner. You simply spin your article in TBS and then create a new article in article samurai and use the import feature! Cool! They are very adamant on making sure the spin quality is good and readable.

Well I have to say they must have been slammed with new customers because it was real hard to even download today, but since it was the launch I can understand.

They have a great video on how to do your first article. Today I submitted 2 articles to test it out. The 2 sites I am promoting have been very stagnant so they are a good test to see how Article Samurai actually works. As of now they are still pending so I am trying to see the time it takes to go from pending review to being syndicated.

The process was very very easy. Copy your article in and spin it. They give you an option to use content boss to spin it. Now I usually use The Best Spinner so this was a bit different, but it seems Content Boss works very well to. I am not sure if Article Samurai supports The Best Spinner or what. I will find out though.

This is a very basic and brief review of Article Samurai. I just wanted to do a quick update since its only been out a few hours. As of now the only thing I can say is that it was very easy to use and if it can do what it says it can this will be a sure winner. Oh the other cool thing is that it will take the anchor links you create and run them through rank tracker to see how the article marketing improves ranking.

They say they only have 500 spots open… who knows maybe they do maybe they don’t, but I figured $97 was worth it. I will keep you all posted with updates. Shoot me some comments if you need to know specifics.

UPDATE 08/04/2011

OK well its been a few days and the first 2 articles are syndicating. I added a 3rd article the other day and it was flagged. I was happy because I had some errors in the Title, so once I fixed I was good to go. Nice to know there is some quality control going on.

As for the first 2 articles I got a few google alerts, but only like 4 and for the 3rd article nothing yet. I was thinking I would be getting a lot more action on these articles. So I think it really might be to early to tell. Would be nice if we could get a report of the live links. That would be great!!

I did update rank tracker and one term moved up a spot and the others did not change. Again I think it really is to early to tell anything. I need to get some more articles in there, but that is where I am at with it.

Hey guys they had a webinar over at article samurai last night. I missed it but here it is http://www.noblesamurai.com/dojo/articlesamurai/38308-common-questions Supposedly they answer a lot of questions, even how to see the links obtained so I am on my way to over to watch it. As of now I only have 4 sites in and they are all syndicating. One new site has gone from ranking 29 to 7 in Google so that is pretty good. Its a very low comp term, but hey its ranking.

Ha so to be honest I really only use it to search and for Google Page Rank bar which is pretty much irrelevant these days anyway.
So did I really need it installed? No, but it is psychological i guess

I go to install and it says that the google tool bar is not compatible with Firefox 5. Doh!

Ok so here is the fix!

Install this add on https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/add-on-compatibility-reporter/

Restart FF

Then rock on over to http://www.google.com/toolbar/ff/index.html

and you should be good to go!

YMADS is a scam!!! What a bunch of crooks. If you are running their code on your site take it off!!!

Well I wanted to create this review because it seems that YMADS is still very new. I’m talking real new. So new I don’t even know if I should trust it. In my quest to find adsense/revenue alternatives I came across I am always skeptical of new ad networks, that offer high CPM, but ya gotta give it a shot right?

As of yesterday I added a few banners to one of my real high traffic sites. I have made about $50 with just about 69,000 impressions and 200 clicks. That is not bad! It has been running a little over half a day, and I added this to a blank ad spot on my site, so if this continues it will be a nice boost in revenue.

Now to the crappy part! Is YMADS a scam? I don’t know yet. I have been doing some research and some people are saying yes, but nobody has any real proof just yet. The real proof will be if people are getting paid via NET30 so I think I am going to let the ads run a few days and see where I am revenue wise then pause until I get paid. If I get paid then I will really let this run.

Also on a side note i have gone back and forth with Alex the owner via email and he has been responsive so that is always a good sign. I just wanted to post my thoughts here because it is always nice to find a new ad network that can make you $$$, but getting that money is important to!

UPDATE 5/25/2011

Just wanted to make an update. Still no payment since it hasn’t been 30 days, but I Have gone back and forth with Alex, so there has been communication. He assures me they are legit and CEO’s are from Europe. That really doesn’t mean that much, but I just wanted to share that info. See you in a few weeks to see if payment has been made. Oh and I have $400 in my account and have stop running the ads until first payment. That payment can’t come quick enough!

UPDATE 6/2/2011

Well there was a new email about get payment NET5 if you have over 10k US impressions. I emailed alex and never heard back. Said NET5 people would get paid in the next few days. I logged in this morning and noticed there are dates scheduled for payment. For me it says I will get paid July 1. I will follow up with the NET5, but as of now that is where I stand with YMADS! SCAM or NOT? Still no true verdict!
