Spotify Pandora Not Working on iOS 8

Posted by Chris on September 24, 2014 in Iphone Issues |

iphone-updatesI usually wait at least week or so before I update my iphone to the latest iOS, but this time that little RED circle with the #1  in it stared me down and I could not wait!!

Of course after it installed I updated all of my apps…

Spotify would just open for about 5-10 seconds then close… same with Pandora. Was really driving me nuts!

Here is the solution to fixing Pandora and Spotify in iOS 8. I’d imagine it might work for some other apps as well, but not sure.

Go to Settings > General > Language & Region – Change the region to the UK >>> open spotify or pandora…. then change back your Region to the US

No clue why it works, but it worked and now I can listen to my music again!

Go figure!

iOS 8 has some cool features, but still getting used to it. I have to say my iphone 5 is running a bit slower and just having some whacky issues so… maybe till the next update…

Hope the fix works for you! Comment below if it does.

Iphone 30 Pin to 19 Pin Adapter?

Posted by Chris on July 24, 2012 in Iphone Issues |

So is there such a thing as a iPhone 30-pin to 19-pin adapter? Well it would seem there is going to have to be one in October when the iPhone 5 comes out. Supposedly they are shrinking the wide dock connector to make room for the headphone jack on the bottom of the phone. So […]
